Ronald Buck, Chairman/CEO - Ron Buck is a visionary and charismatic leader. Ron has been the Chairman and CEO of several public and private companies. An advocate of mid-market financial institutions, Ron has been an advisor to many bank and credit union chief executives and is committed to changing the competitive landscape by bringing affordable technology, product innovation and new sales and marketing strategies to these institutions.

Ron has a BSEE and MSEE degree from Iowa State University and holds 15 software patents. He is a fellow of Eta Kappa Nu (National Engineering Honorary) and served in Vietnam with the US Army.

Thomas Roberts, Senior Vice President - Sales –Tom is one of the original partners of Solonis and has been the primary sales catalyst for Solonis' steady growth over the past 14 years. Tom is responsible for developing the company’s sales strategy and the positioning of Solonis Fi products and services, while adding clarity and direction to the company’s focus in the banking industry. Tom's enthusiasm and strong belief in the company's mission makes him the perfect choice for representing Solonis in delivering key business solutions to our customers.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in MIS from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.

Michael Sullivan, Senior Vice President – General Counsel – Following a five-year period as a marketing representative for Unisys, Mike spent 12 years as a partner in the Transactional Department at the Minneapolis-based Rider Bennett law firm, primarily as outside counsel to Churchill Capital Partners, and was named a “Super Lawyer” by Twin Cities Business Monthly for 2001 and 2002. Mike joined Solonis in early 2002.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and a law degree (cum laude) from the University of Minnesota.
